UEL researchers can take advantage of a fund for paying Open Access charges in Wiley journals, as UEL is a participating institution in the new Jisc-Wiley ‘Read & Publish’ agreement. There is a central pot for paying Article Processing Charges (APCs) available to authors from all participating institutions on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, giving the opportunity to publish in any of Wiley’s fully Gold Open Access or hybrid (subscription) journals offering ‘OnlineOpen’ at no cost to the author (subject to availability of sufficient funds and approval from eligible institutions’ Wiley Open Access Account holders).
