Briefing from the UK Research Office (UKRO) on the European Funding landscape, including the Horizon 2020, FP9 and the Marie Curie Individual Fellowship scheme.
UKRO serves as the Research Councils’ office in Europe and provides subscription-based guidance and support to the UK academic research organisations. In addition, it functions as the national contact point for the Marie Curie Actions and the European Research Council (ERC) on behalf of the UK government.
The morning session will run from 10.30 – 12.30 and cover Horizon 2020 and a discussion about EU funding, FP9, and the implications of Brexit, and details of the European Research Council (ERC) schemes.
The afternoon session will run from 1.30 -3.30, focusing on Marie Curie funding streams (in particular the Individual Fellowship scheme).
