A one day conference co-organised by the University of East London will explore what life is like for people who are most affected by the UK budget cuts.
‘Living with the cuts: Policy, politics and everyday lives’ takes place at the British Museum on Friday 30 May and is being hosted by UEL along with its Centre for Narrative Research, NOVELLA (the ESRC-funded Narratives of Everyday Lives and Linked Approaches node of the National Centre for Research Methods), and specialist mental health organisation, the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
