“Visualising From Memory: Trauma, Art and Narrative in the work of Barbara Loftus”, will be taking place today at Sports Dock, SD 1.12 from 2-5pm.

The event has been organised by the Psychosocial Studies Research Group and the Centre for Narrative Research.

Barbara Loftus is Leverhulme Artist in Residence at the Psychosocial Studies Programme, University of East London. She is a figurative painter who combines traditional studio practice with performed re-enactment, historical research and digital media to feed into her image-making process.
